As humans, becoming addicted is in our nature; really not much we can say or do about it. BUT, we do have full reign on what we become addicted to. So choose to become addicted to positive thinking and physical exercise–become addicted to enhancing your perspective through exploration and experience–fall victim to the addiction of loving those that you care about tirelessly and endlessly. Become addicted to the pursuit of a better you.
