There’s a point we all reach, after new feels new and before adversity causes most to break; where the excitement of a new beginning meets the discipline of a worthwhile commitment. This is our turning point where we’re forced to make a decision. Most allow the weakness of their subconscious…

By far, the best course I have ever taken. I’ve gotten more out of this “class” than any of the others combined. I love his energy level! A complete shift since working with Pete! –Chris, 43

In a quest for growth it’s common to start with a to-do list in mind and a forward way of thinking.  Let’s pull the reigns slightly.  First, let’s understand where we are and how we got there.  In a ‘to-do list’ type society it’s rare that we take the time…

Interesting thought for you… I’m reading a book and in this particular chapter it’s talking about the success factors or traits that all millionaires have. The book aims at delving deeper into the millionaire mind to figure out what makes these super-achievers so successful; what do they all share. As…

HAPPINESS – just the word alone is enough to make most of us feel a sense of peace. I took a yoga class last night that left me with a novel thought. Let me offer you this… The majority of us are in a “search” for happiness. We’re turning our…

Patience and Awareness – The Old Fisherman   He strives to master the two, and in turn, strives to master his existence. For patience without awareness finds his line in the lake too long – bait stolen by the jaws of a starving carp.  However, a continuous quick reel at…

Want to know one of the most rewarding exercises I did in 2012 for personal growth and awareness? I wrote a letter to myself. I know that at first glance that may sound foolish but I’d absolutely recommend it. Here’s how it works; you’re writing a letter to yourself, only…

Quote of the Week

As humans, becoming addicted is in our nature; really not much we can say or do about it. BUT, we do have full reign on what we become addicted to. So choose to become addicted to positive thinking and physical exercise - become addicted to enhancing your perspective through exploring and experiencing - fall victim to the addiction of loving those that you care about tirelessly and endlessly. Become addicted to the pursuit of a better you.

Focus of the Week

Try shifting your focus each morning to one of trust and thanks. If we rise each morning, trust and are thankful for what has come our way, we’re allowing for greater abundance to fill our lives. Trust and thanks through joy and happiness is important; but to carry that same level of trust and thanks through challenge and trial will change the scope of our lives and allow us to live as freely as we dream.
